What Is Endoscopy?
Endoscopy is a procedure that uses an instrument called an endoscope to directly examine the patient’s digestive system. The endoscope can also take biopsies or samples. Endoscopy can also be used to perform certain procedures such as controlling gastrointestinal bleeding and removal of polyps and other growths.

What Is Office Endoscopy?
We have invested in state-of-the-art facilities to assure our patients the ultimate in privacy, convenience and treatment. If your doctor determines a need for an Endoscopy, it can now be performed at any of our 3 locations. So there’s no need for a trip to the hospital.

What is covered by insurance?
We are the only provider in the region approved for Office Endoscopy coverage by these major insurance carriers: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Wellpath, United Health Care and many others. In most cases only an insurance co-pay applies. Please contact us to see if we can work with your health care coverage.
