“No improvements necessary. However, I would like to commend Dr. Brotze on the fact that he actually reviews my file before coming to the room to see me. Even though it has been 3 years since I saw him, he was aware of my condition and what he had done during my last treatment, explaining in detail what I needed to do and anticipate until I see him again. I was truly impressed this visit, just as I was the last visit I had with him. Please thank him for his preparedness before seeing me; it gave me extreme confidence in him and the way he practices his profession.”
