Dr. Thekdi is originally from Toledo, Ohio but spent time in North Carolina during his undergraduate years at Duke University. After receiving his medical training in Ohio and Michigan, Dr. Thekdi found his way back to the Carolinas and joined Charlotte Gastro in 2011.

Although practicing medicine is Dr. Thekdi’s true passion, he also enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and sports.
